It's flexibility is exactly what you are looking for in a fillet knife, allowing for the effortless removal of skin and bones.
The handle, crafted from G10, not only gives the knife a distinctive look but also a pleasant feel. G10 is a highly durable fiberglass laminate known for its stability and excellent grip, making the knife a reliable and long lasting tool.
